Goods are shipped from Monday to Friday. The order completion date is a
maximum of 1 working day however, we try to send parcels on the same day as the
order confirmation but not later than 24 hours from the payment is confirmed.
Standard delivery time
The delivery time depends on your location and ranges from 1
to a maximum of 5 working days from the shipment date. The delivery and
processing time does not include weekends and holidays. At your request, the order
may be sent as a priority option with a delivery between 1-2 working days in the
EU (depending on location). Delivery time for shipments outside the European
Union is 3-10 working days depending on the location. The delivery time may be extended
due to customs controls in the destination country.
