Step by step order placement
Shopping in our online store is very convenient and consists of a few simple steps
described below. If, despite this, you face any difficulties in making purchases,
please contact the store staff by phone or e-mail. You are also welcomed to contact
us if you have any other questions.
Step 1 - Viewing products
The products in our store are divided into categories and subcategories so you can
easily browse our offer. You can also search for products using the search engine
located at the top of the page.
Step 2 - Order completing
After searching for the item you are interested in, click on it and you go to the
product card where you find useful information: product photo, description, price.
There is also an icon "Add to Cart” on the product card. This way you choose the
products you want to buy.
You can always view your shopping cart using the "Your Shopping Cart” tab at the
top of the page. On the shopping cart page, you can easily modify its content, add
and remove products and change their quantity. Here you will also find your order
summary and information on the selected products total value.
Step 3 - Order completing
To place your order, just use the "Place an order” button on the Cart subpage. If
you are not logged in, you will be moved to the login page for authentication or, if
you do not yet have an account, to the registration page.
Once you have registered and logged in, all you need to do is indicate the delivery
address, the delivery method (dispatch by courier, payment in advance or on
delivery) and the payment form (bank transfer or card). On choosing the payment
method you will be redirected to the bank's website to finalize the transaction.
That's it! You will receive an order and payment confirmation by e-mail and the
selected products will be delivered to the indicated address.
